The Ohio State-Penn State game is quickly approaching.
The two teams are set to play one another in Happy Valley next Saturday and it’ll have big implications for the Big Ten title and the College Football Playoff.
Even though the game is eight days away, a clear betting favorite has emerged for the contest. Ohio State is currently a 3.5-point favorite, per FanDuel Sportsbook.
Both teams are currently in the top five of the latest AP Poll, with Penn State at No. 3 and Ohio State at No. 4. If both teams win their respective games this Saturday, those rankings will more than likely stay the same for next Saturday’s showdown.
Ohio State will play Nebraska this Saturday while Penn State plays Wisconsin.
There’s also a chance that College GameDay shows up for the game considering how much rides on it.
This is a rivalry that has been dominated by the Buckeyes over the last several years. They’ve won seven in a row and haven’t lost since the Nittany Lions beat them in State College in 2016.
The Buckeyes have also won 11 of their last 12 games against the Nittany Lions and lead the all-time series 24-14.
Kickoff for the game will be at Noon ET on FOX.
