Penn State had another woeful performance against a top team on Saturday.
James Franklin’s offense couldn’t move the ball on the ground or through the air and dropped to 8-2 overall in a 24-15 loss to Michigan.
With the loss, Franklin is now 3-17 overall against AP Top 10 teams and is now 1-12 against top five teams in the country.

Franklin will have to shake off this loss pretty quickly since Penn State has a sound Rutgers team coming to Happy Valley next Saturday. Kickoff will be at Noon ET.
