It didn’t take long for Lou Holtz’s name to start trending during Ohio State’s game on Saturday.
Ever since the former Notre Dame coach said that he felt the Fighting Irish were a tougher and more physical team than the Buckeyes going into their Sept. 23 matchup, Holtz’s name has been on Day’s mind.

“I’ve mostly been just Posting about OSU and Ryan Day but they really, genuinely cannot run the ball. They are soft. Lou Holtz had it nailed,” another replied. “You don’t get stuffed on that third and goal then run that pass on fourth if you can run the ball.”
