It will be another gut check game for the Pittsburgh Penguins this evening in Raleigh as they look to bounce back from a tough loss on Long Island in a meeting with the Carolina Hurricanes. Thursday night will be the first of a back-to-back set with the Penguins hopping on a place after the contest and heading to the nation’s capital for a rivalry matchup with the Capitals on Friday.
Puck drop is scheduled for 7:00 PM and will be broadcast on Sportsnet Pittsburgh.

It’s been a fantastic start to the season for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in the AHL and after a weekend sweep they sit in third in their division with a 6-2-0 record. [Pensburgh]
