Months of trade rumors are about to come to a head with the NHL trade deadline just over 24 hours away. Kyle Dubas and the Pittsburgh Penguins decided to start dealing early with a pair of trades late Wednesday evening, meaning we already know the team will look a difference when they return to action on Friday night against the Vegas Golden Knights.

A pair of trades from the Penguins on their trade deadline a little less than 48 hours before the cutoff. First up was moving the recently acquired Vincent Desharnais to the San Jose Sharks for a fifth round pick in the 2028 NHL Draft. [Penguins]
